Do you accept returns?
We accept returns, no questions asked, up to 30 days for a full refund. After those 30 days you may make a warranty claim if there is a defect with your product and your product is covered by our manufacturer warranty.

How do I return a purchase?
Email us at email@example.com and let us know you would like to make a return. If you’re returning a product under the 30-day guarantee, we will email you a return UPS shipping label. Drop off the package at your local UPS store—don’t worry, it’s free of charge. Once the item is received in our warehouse we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
The funds will be sent back in your Paypal account within 3 to 5 business days.
When is my refund issued?
We will issue your refund once your item has been received and accepted by our returns department.
Does it cost me anything to make a return?
Not if it is within 30 days of the purchase date on your email receipt. We will ship the product back at no cost to you and issue a full refund for the items returned.
Do you accept returns if it has been longer than 30 days?
No, we do not accept returns if it’s not within the 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt. If your product is defective in materials or workmanship, you may contact us to file a warranty claim at firstname.lastname@example.org .
