What shipping options do you offer?

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. Your order typically arrives within 3 to 7 days.

How will I know when my package has shipped?

In general, we process orders very quickly, but they sometimes take between 24 and 48 hours to ship. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, though most are on their way within 1 business day. We use Amazon logistics shipping methods, or you can contact us to track your package. If this is the case, a message will notify you when you click on the shipping icon in your email.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders are packaged and prepared for shipment minutes after the order has been submitted. Once an item is prepared for shipment (status is “waiting shipment”) there is no way for us to stop it from shipping to you. But you can try to contact us to check for this. Once you receive the item, you may return it for a full refund.
